I changed phones. How do I get my garden back?

Open Plocket on the new phone and sign in with the same Apple account or email. If you never saved an account, the garden stayed on the old phone.

How do I restore Plus?

On the Plus screen, tap Restore. Use the same Apple ID that bought it.

How do I cancel Plus?

iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Plocket. Plus stays until the end of the period you paid for.

My plant was not recognized.

Try a closer photo of one leaf in good light, or type the species on the camera screen and adopt it anyway.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: You, Settings, Delete account. It removes your account, photos, plants and progress for good. You can also email us.

Someone has an offensive name or photo.

Long press their row in the rankings and choose Report or hide. Hidden gardeners disappear from your rankings on every device.
