The service

Plocket identifies your plants from photos, creates a pixel buddy for each one, schedules care reminders and adds light game and social features. Identification, care schedules, plant facts and leaf diagnosis are automated, best-effort guidance and can be wrong. You remain responsible for your plants.

Not medical or safety advice

Plocket’s identification, plant facts and leaf diagnosis are for ornamental plant care only. Never use them for human or animal health decisions, or to decide whether a plant is safe to eat, touch or give in any form. Toxicity notes may be incomplete. Ask a qualified professional for medical, veterinary or food-safety questions.

Your account

You can use Plocket as a guest, or sign in with an email code or Sign in with Apple. A guest garden lives on one phone until you save it to an account. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and you can delete it at any time in You, Settings, Delete account.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and of the names you give your plants and your profile. You give us the limited permission needed to store and process them to run Plocket. What other gardeners can see (your display name, profile photo and plant names) must not be offensive, sexual, violent, hateful or pretend to be someone else. Profile photos are checked automatically before others see them, names are filtered, and anyone can report or hide another gardener. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules. To report something, use the app or write to [email protected].

Plocket Plus

Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly or yearly, bought with your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before it. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Free trial. When offered, the yearly plan starts with a free trial (14 days at launch). If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid yearly subscription and you are charged. Each Apple ID gets the trial once.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. When Plus ends, your extra buddies take a nap: they keep their history, but only one stays awake on the free plan, and Plus-only looks come off unless you bought them before. Everything wakes up if Plus comes back.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to get around sign-in, limits or moderation, and no uploading content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.

Disclaimer and liability

Plocket is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the health of your plants. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using Plocket and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be posted here with a new date above and, when it matters, announced in the app. Using Plocket after a change means you accept it.
